Dwarsberg: Trout Hideaway, Rawsonville, Western Cape

Trout Hideaway is a beautiful campsite nestled into the valley just outside of Rawsonville. The stream running next to the campsites provide a serene soundtrack and offers you a place to cool down on the hot summer days. All the sites are private campsites with private ablution areas. The campsites are covered in green grass and the surrounding trees ensures that you have a good shade covering throughout the day. The various campsites do differ in size and what they offer as some have access to electricity while others don't. The river is also a excellent spot for fly fishing and the impressive views of the surrounding mountains will keep you in awe. The farm also has a deli where you can enjoy a delicious meal and a shop where you can stock up on some basic essentials. We really enjoyed our stay at Trout Hideaway and can recommend you pay it a visit.
