NIckname: “The CEO”
Hertzog has a real passion for exploring Africa and seeing new and wild places. His Namibian upbringing has taught him a lot about the bush and nature. There is nothing that he loves more than sitting behind the wheel of his Landy on his way to see more of Africa’s beauty. He is usually the man with the big ideas and ensures that the others in the team executes on it. He is usually on his happiest next to campfire soaking in a beautiful African sunset with his loyal companion Savva right next to him.
Chirstine van Heerden
Founder
Born: Stellenbosch, South Africa
NIckname: “Meerkat”
Christine loves spending as much time as she can with her family travelling through Africa. She is the organized one in the group making sure all the other members stay on schedule (That is not a easy job). She has a passion for Africa and loves taking people to experience the wonders of Africa first hand. She loves spending time around the campfire with good company and makes sure she savours every precious moment she gets to travel and camp in Africa.
Robbie van Heerden
Head of Operations
Born: Bellville, South Africa
NIckname: “The Tool”
Robbie is at his happiest when he sitting somewhere in a remote location next to a campfire. He usaully keeps to himself and loves to spend as much time outdoors and in nature as he possibly can. Robbie is the one that always makes sure that everyone and everything arrives in one piece and that everyone and mostly everything gets back in one piece. You can find him in his bakkie and rooftop tent seeking out new adventures and exploring some great and beautiful places.
Savva
Face of the Company
Born: Cape Town, South Africa
NIckname: “Savvie”
Savva loves camping and is usually the first one in the vehicle if she sees that we are starting to pack. She joins on every adventure that she can and just loves runnig around outdoors and spending some time in nature. She is also by far the most popular member of the team with most of our viewers asking for Savva whenever they see us. Another favourite activity of Savva is to stop at all the coffe shops and farm stalls along the way for a snack and a treat. She is at her happiest when she has her ball nearby and she can spend some time with us around the campfire.
