Karoo Bush Camp, Van Wyksdorp, Western Cape

Karoo Bush Camp is located just outside the town on Van Wyksdorp in the Western Cape. This really is a great campsite to come and experience some of the wonders of the Klein Karoo. All the campsites are covered in lush green grass and each one has access to electricity. On each stand you have the option of a braai drum or a fire pit depending on your needs. Campsite 7 has a private ablution area however the rest of the sites share ablution facilities and the is also a communal ablution block with a scullery. The ablutions have flush toilets and hot water showers. The hot water is provided via a gas geyser. On the premises you wil find a splash pool as well as few walking and hiking routes. The town of Van Wyksdorp is a real hidden gem and on Saturdays they have a market where you can buy some interesting items. We really enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend you pay a visit.
