Mariental River Chalets, Mariental, Namibia

Mariental River Chalets is situated in the heart of Mariental. This camp serves as the perfect stop-over if you are making your way up into Namibia or coming back down to South Africa. There are private campsites with private ablution facilities and built in braai areas and electrical outlets. One of the private campsites are quite big and you will be able to fit 3 cars and camping trailers on it while the other one is a bit smaller and you will probably only be able to fit one car and one camping trailer on it. The other campsite are all standard size and will only be able to fir one vehicle and one trailer on it. There are also communal bathrooms for the other campsites. On the premises you can also find a decently stock farm stall and restaurant area. The restaurant has a big outside dining area that leads to a petting zoo where you can get up and close to some interesting animals. If you don’t want to camp you can sleep in the rooms and chalets as well. The campsite is situated right next to the main road so it is perfect for a stop over as you are traveling further.
