Okacuito River Camp, Caprivi, Namibia

Okacuito River Camp is situated on the bank of the Okavango river in the Caprivi region of Namibia. This scenic campsite is the ideal place to come and relax when you are travelling in the Caprivi. The campsites are all big and spacious and each campsite is equipped with its own private lapa area. Inside the lapa area there is a spacious work area, fridge and wash basin. Outside of the lapa area you will find a cement and brick built fireplace where you can have a delightful braai. The terrain you camp on is a grass terrain and there are a lot of trees to ensure you have a good shade covering throughout the day. Each campsite also has access to 220V electrical outlets and Wi-Fi is available at the bar and restaurant area. There is also a refreshing swimming pool to cool off in on those hot Namibian. However one of the highlights of this campsite is stunning view that you overlooking the river. Each day you get treated to an amazing Namibian sunset. Okacuito is also well known for its tiger fishing. You can book a boat cruise through the camp and try and catch monster tiger fish.
