Elandsbay is a caravan park in Elandsbay. This is a very well managed park. The camp has an unobscured view of the beach. It is a smaller park with well demarcated campsites. Each campsite has a build in braai, three point electricity plug and tap. At the reception you can buy cooldrink and basic stuff. Even though the camp is right on the beach, it is fenced and you will be issued with keys to all the gates. That makes it a bit more secure. Most of the campsites have trees which provide shade. The ablutions are big and spacious with hot water showers and flush toilets. The camp is pet friendly. Savva loved running on the beach. The nearby town of Elandsbay offer shops and it is a short drive to Velddrif and the well known Bokkomlaan. Do go have coffee there. We sat all day long watching the activity in the bay and it is so easy to go for a nice walk on the beach.
